This document ("Policy") explains how Olga Pertsevaia ("Provider", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information from individuals ("User", "you") who download, install, or use our mobile applications (collectively, the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

By using the App, you give explicit and voluntary consent for the limited processing of information described in this Policy.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please uninstall and stop using the App.

2. General Terms

2.1 This Policy is an integral part of the App's Terms of Use.

2.2 The processing of data may include collection, storage, use, depersonalization, deletion, or transfer—performed automatically or manually.

2.3 Unless otherwise stated, all terms defined in the Terms of Use apply to this Policy as well.

3. Personal Information Collected

3.1 The App does not require registration and does not collect or store personal data that can identify a user by name, address, or national ID.

3.2 If you voluntarily contact us (for example, via email or feedback form), we may store your email address and message content solely for the purpose of responding to you.

3.3 In certain apps, users may optionally add information such as medicine names, notes, or documents. This data is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to us.

3.4 We do not use cloud databases or remote storage. Your data stays under your full control.

4. Third-Party Software and Analytics

4.1 Some versions of the App may integrate third-party services (for example, Firebase Analytics, Google ML Kit, Apple Vision Kit OCR, or OpenAI API) for functionality, analytics, or error diagnostics.

4.2 Such services may collect technical data (device model, OS version, crash logs, performance metrics). This data is depersonalized and used to improve stability and functionality.

4.3 Data collection and use by these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them when using related features.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

If we learn that such data has been provided, we will delete it promptly.

6. Purpose of Processing

We may use limited information for:

  • Responding to user inquiries or technical support;
  • Maintaining and improving app performance;
  • Providing optional AI-based functionalities (e.g., OCR text recognition or offline health assistant);
  • Complying with applicable legal requirements.

We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Request information about data processing activities.

Requests can be submitted by contacting the Provider via email.

8. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.

If you contact us directly, we retain correspondence only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which it is deleted.

9. Data Protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect any information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Sensitive data (such as health-related notes) is stored encrypted locally when supported by your device.

10. Transfer of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade User data.

Information may be transferred only:

  • with your explicit consent;
  • to service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., app-store payment processors); or
  • when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

11. International Use

The Apps are developed and operated under the laws of the Republic of Chile.

By using the App outside Chile, you consent to the transfer and processing of data in Chile or other locations where the App operates in compliance with this Policy.

12. Amendments to the Policy

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements.

The Effective Date at the top of this document shows the latest update.

Your continued use of the App after publication of the revised version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
